Squee, Dubious Monarch is great new Dominaria United creature for Moon Stompy, a Legacy deck that wants to resolve Blood Moon and beat down with hasty Goblins. We already have Goblin Rabblemaster and Legion Warboss, but you can up that number with Squee and Gut, True Soul Zealot.
Squee, Dubious Monarch isn’t just a Goblin Rabblemaster that attacks for three the turn it comes into play, it also has an “escape four” ability, slightly reworded. Essentially, you’ll be able to exile some Lotus Petals and City of Traitors from your graveyard to bring it back to the battlefield later in the game.
Because you want so desperately to cast a three-drop on turn one, I decided to add Lotus Petal alongside Simian Spirit Guide and Chrome Mox. This way, you’ll be able to start the aggression as early as turn one and the more the merrier!
