Last weekend was the Innistrad Set Championship, and I battled my way to a solid 10-5 finish. It was Standard/Historic, and I chose to pilot Izzet Turns and Rakdos Arcanist, respectively. Both decks were good, with Rakdos actually being the best performing Historic deck in the event, and you’ll be getting a deck guide from William Jensen on that very subject. However, today is a day for winners, and Yuuki Ichikawa took home a well-deserved trophy. His team had an incredibly good set of decks, with Golgari Food in Historic being quite impressive. Let’s take a look at the deck that put four (!) members of his team into the Top 8, and had a great win percentage overall.
