Suicune, This Time with Birds — the New Big Basics Toolbox Deck

Hello CFB readers! This time I’ve decided to bring a deck I’m currently brewing, basically Suicune V / Galarian Moltres V, but it can also be considered a Pokemon V Box. The deck’s build allows you to play Pokemon of different types to hit the Weakness you want.

Another year of Pokemon is behind us, ADPZ dominated to start, and now Mew has taken its place. The impact of Mew VMAX completely transformed metagame, making strong decks look like bad ones. Before Fusion Strike it was common to see several decks winning tournaments, decks like Rapid Strike Urshifu, Single Strike Urshifu, Jolteon VMAX, Leafeon VMAX, Suicune / Ludicolo and Zacian / Zamazenta were all at similar levels. All that has recently changed and now there’s a huge dominance of Mew VMAX / Genesect V; it is practically a perfect deck.

Thinking of ways to beat Mew while staying strong against the rest of the metagame, I came up with this deck. Suicune V / Galarian Birds is able to attack in the first turn, something that practically no deck of the current format can do (except Mew, of course). Here’s the list:
