As we enter the last stretch of Amonkhet Limited, I have an interesting “What’s the Play?” for your perusal. This is courtesy of Brock Parker, who faced this decision in a recent Grand Prix.

The Situation

You are playing against red-green with 3 Khenra Charioteers and little removal that you’ve seen, and already mulliganed to a hand of:

You are on the play.

You scry, and your top card is a Swamp.

Do you keep it on top or put it to the bottom? What is your plan for turns 1-3, not knowing what the opponent might play?

What’s the Play?

Have a sweet scenario of your own? If you think you can stump the readers (and me) then send it to [email protected]*, or via Twitter—just send a screenshot @LSV and I’ll be happy to take a look!

*Please keep your answers in the comments below, and not in my email inbox—I love reading through these responses, but I wouldn’t want to lose any good submissions amid the answers. Thanks!
