|Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand, then put one of them on the bottom of your library, then exile the rest. Until end of turn, you may play cards exiled this way.|

Wow, I really love the look of this card! This seems like a really strong turn three play to me. The goal is to play the card, put a card you want into your hand for later and play a land for free. I guess that makes it the upside of just being a two mana Divination. That being said, later in the game, you can use it to find a spell to cast as well as a spell for later, under optimal circumstances.
Couple in these factors, as well as the fact that Strixhaven has a spells-matters theme, and we could really have something here. I certainly could see this ending up as a decent card in older formats too, perhaps something like Modern or Historic Arclight Phoenix decks. Even further back in Legacy, the card might be good, since the average cost of cards is so low. If your deck is all one-mana cards, you’re more likely to be able to play one, even on early turns.
This type of card is exciting to me, and I’m looking forward to exploring a bit with it.
