When I last wrote about Tron in January of this year, Modern was different. Lurrus of the Dream-Den was still legal and we were still a month out from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Today, Lurrus is long gone (with Grixis Death’s Shadow taking a hit), Boseiju, Who Endures is in the format and there’s been a few other metagame shakeups.

Tron was once Modern’s bad guy, but has since fallen from favor. However, that hasn’t stopped Mengu from 5-0ing a league with it!

With all that, it’s time to revisit Mono-Green Tron in Modern, which may not be the same boogeyman it was, but is still a very real and competitive deck.
