Phoenix has been the de facto best deck in Pioneer for a while, and though the Expressive Iteration ban hurt it, it’s still definitely one of the better decks in the format, and frequently has a target on its back. With that in mind, here’s a brand new take on Phoenix that both doesn’t play Pieces of the Puzzle, but instead plays Ikoria Draft all-star, Ominous Seas!
