When I wrote my first Merfolk Deck Guide four months ago, Vodalian Hexcatcher just got printed and the deck was put back on the Modern map. Now it’s firmly in the top 15 best decks in Modern and it keeps on dominating high level events, such as a second place at LMS Trieste this past weekend.
