Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty is helping bring one of Evart’s pet cards, Consulate Dreadnought, to Modern in the form of a new Affinity brew!

Since working on that list, I’ve spent a lot of time and have had a lot of fun exploring some of the powerful new artifacts in various shells. The one that has shown the most promise so far is a mono-blue midrange Affinity list featuring Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh and Moonsnare Prototype.

Here’s the list I’m currently on after trying several different versions. I’ve found this deck to be great against most Ragavan decks, control and Four-Color Omnath, but weaker to decks like Titan and Belcher. That being said, the blue sideboard does give this sideboard access to Flusterstorm and Ashiok, Dream Render, two cards that drastically help those matchups.
