Limited Combos in Time Spiral Remastered

Time Spiral Remastered is the first remastered set to appear in paper. The set is mainly comprised of cards from the Time Spiral block, which was originally released in 2006-2007. In addition, each pack also contains a so-called Timeshifted card, some of which are classic combo enablers.

Most sets contain only one or two self-contained combos that are possible to assemble in Limited. However, Time Spiral Remastered is different. When drafting this set, you can come across far more infinite or game-winning combos. In this article, I’ll provide 10 such combos that you may want to put on your Time Spiral Remastered Limited bucket list.

The first six are inspired by combos that have influenced Constructed formats over the years. Some of them require the right deck, but they’re certainly powerful. Combos seven to 10 in this article are more convoluted and shouldn’t be attempted in Draft if you want to maximize your chances of winning, but they’re fun to keep in mind – especially if you like Slivers.

Before I begin, I’ll note that I didn’t include value-generating combos such as Tendrils of Corruption with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Boom // Bust and Flagstones of Trokair. They’re in the set, but they don’t have the potential to win the game by themselves.
