My first approach to Alchemy was to find a deck for Town-razer Tyrant, with Fearsome Whelp not far behind. I played with RG and mono-red versions, and was impressed with how well Orb of Dragonkind and Fearsome Whelp enabled some pretty sweet Dragon games. Recently, Sam Pardee posted about an Izzet version of Dragons, and it solved one of the main problems I was having – running out of cards. Expressive Iteration is a surefire way to keep your foot on the gas pedal, and this deck is one I’ve been quite happy with. Let’s take a look at Alchemy UR Dragons!
