How Will the New MTG Legacy Bans Change the Format?

It was a shocking Monday for me. As I just finished writing my Deck Guide about Grixis Delver, that I played to a 11th place finish at the 4Seasons Tournament, the news came down that both Expressive Iteration and White Plume Adventurer are banned in Legacy. After a full day of thought and some MTGO leagues of the post-ban format, I’m ready to share my opinions and what I expect in Legacy going forward.
